Terms of service

1. Order Agreement
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions.
  • You authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
  • You understand that all purchases are final and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

2. Payment & Authorization
You agree that the payment is valid, and you authorize XOTIQ Cosmetics to process the transaction.

  • Chargebacks or disputes filed without valid cause may result in further action.

3. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped within the specified timeframe.

  • Tracking information is provided for all shipments. You acknowledge that once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, XOTIQ Cosmetics is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for cosmetic products.

  • Store credit may be issued only if the item arrives damaged or defective, and you provide proof of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Chargeback Policy
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting our customer support team to resolve any issues.

  • If a chargeback is initiated fraudulently, XOTIQ Cosmetics reserves the right to dispute it with all necessary evidence, including order confirmation, tracking, and customer communications.
