Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your XOTIQ purchase, we realize there are times you may need assistance regarding your order. Please review the information below.
Return Policy:
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds for any cosmetic products. All sales are final.
- If you receive damaged merchandise, please see our Damaged Products Policy below.
- Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition to be eligible for credit.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
- Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a credit until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- Store credit will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your damaged products, pending confirmation from our packaging department. Store credit will be issued minus shipping costs.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 7 days for a store credit only. Items will not be accepted after 7 days. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. To be eligible for XOTIQ store credit, you must provide proof of the damage, and after our packaging department confirms, you may be eligible for store credit minus shipping costs.
